We process your data on the basis of contract performance — you have engaged us to provide a service that requires processing this data. We also have a legitimate interest in communicating with you about your compliance status.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Driver compliance records may be retained for up to 15 months to align with DVSA record-keeping guidance.
