About the service

What exactly do I get with Fleetguard Compliance?

Every Monday you receive a Red, Amber, Green compliance report covering every vehicle and driver on your O-licence. You also get automated alerts 30, 14, and 7 days before any deadline — MOT, PMI, insurance, tachograph calibration, driver licence, CPC, tacho card. Everything is visible in your secure client portal.

What does RAG mean?

RAG stands for Red, Amber, Green — a traffic light system. Red means urgent action required (expiring within 14 days). Amber means attention needed soon (15–30 days). Green means fully compliant. Every vehicle and driver gets a RAG status each week.

Do you send WhatsApp alerts as well as email?

Yes. Alerts go by email and WhatsApp. Urgent Red items are sent to your phone so nothing slips through even when you're away from your inbox.

How do I get started?

Fill in the short onboarding form or message us on WhatsApp. You can send us photos of your documents — we'll build your compliance tracker for you. No spreadsheets needed.

About the licence

Are you acting as my Transport Manager?

No. Fleetguard Compliance provides monitoring and reporting only. You remain fully responsible for your operation, your vehicles, and your drivers at all times. We tell you what's due and what's at risk — the decisions and actions are yours.

Do restricted licence holders need a Transport Manager?

No. Restricted licence holders are not required to nominate a Transport Manager. You are responsible for your own compliance. Fleetguard monitors that compliance on your behalf and keeps you informed.

What is an OCRS score?

OCRS stands for Operator Compliance Risk Score. DVSA uses this score — calculated from roadside checks, prohibitions, and MOT history — to decide how likely they are to target your vehicles for enforcement. A poor score increases your risk of roadside stops and investigations. We monitor your OCRS and flag anything that could affect it.

Pricing and contracts

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees on subscription plans. If you need a full compliance audit before starting, that is a separate one-off service at £495.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with one month's notice.

What if I have more than 10 vehicles?

Contact us directly. We can discuss a bespoke arrangement for larger fleets.
